Make an Impact by:
• Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure product requirements are well supported and integrated
• into various downstream systems.
• Develop, coordinate and support the sales and marketing effort for each product portfolio and
• manage its entire lifecycle.
• Manage product requirements and drive the development process and delivery timeline.
• Collaborate and work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on
• opportunities to strengthen the product positioning in existing and new markets
• Handling CS escalations
• Stay abreast of market trends, conduct segment market research, and analyze competitors' activities
• to derive insights and identify opportunities for driving business growth
• Assisting with weekly and monthly internal reporting and invoicing activities with vendors
• Provide support for new product and project launches
• Drive innovation in product development to ensure continuous improvement and market relevance

Skills... for Success
• Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing-related discipline
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (formulas, Pivot table, V Look up)
• Experience in Product Management or marketing-related discipline is a huge plus
• Experience in Campaign Management is a huge plus
• Comfortable with numbers; able to draw insights from numbers and data
