We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Communications Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

Accountabilities for Business, Customers and Stakeholders
• Proactively contributing to the regional communications... strategy for CMB to support growth strategy of the business, raise brand visibility and strengthen employee engagement
• Information gathering across the network to capture key insights, messaging and proof points that can help teams reach key audiences on the topics and themes that matter most
• Plan and integrate activity across the business and function to drive and prioritise strategic campaigns
• Promote the use of insight and data by business, function and market teams to support decision-making, drive impact and deliver value for money with regard to content creation
• Think holistically about all of CMB's audiences, and drive storytelling to multiple audiences, using new channels and formats
• Develop an external and internal perspective of the issues facing the business from factors such as market trends, customer insights, new products and innovations, competitor activities and campaigns etc

Leadership & Teamwork
• Support development and execution of strategy for CMB communications in the region
• Collaborate with the Global CMB comms team and wider ASP comms team: strengthening collaboration & co-creation, sharing best practice and learning, developing campaigns and content to achieve results
• Communications advice and support for senior business leaders & partners, in coordination with the rest of the CMB ASP Comms team

Functional Knowledge
• Ensure adherence to all Communications governance and policies
• Comply with Group policies and procedures and maintaining all required records

• Excellent interpersonal, strategic planning and project management skills
• Superb verbal and written communications skills to create compelling content in various formats
• Understand business and economic issues relevant to the commercial banking sector
• Be a nimble decision-maker, able to react and execute in rapidly changing environments
