About the role

A bit about the role

As Regional Facilities Manager you will be working as a member of the group Facilities & Asset Management team who manage the delivery of facilities services across the UK wide group portfolio to deliver a first class service to our internal and external customers. This role is home based and will cover the South region. The region covers 12 of our depots within our Caterfood Buying Group & Bidfresh businesses covering the south east and south west of the UK.

In this role you will ensure that the Company has the most suitable environment for its employees and its operation. This will mean effectively managing the critical assets across the portfolio by focusing on best industry practices to improve efficiency and ensure the business can operate effectively.

A bit about you

You will be an experienced Facilities Manager with experience of working in a multi-site operation. You will also have knowledge and experience in compliance and H&S... legislation relating to commercial buildings.

A working knowledge of commercial Refrigeration and electrical systems would also be preferable.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and able to perform to deadlines.

A full driving licence is a prerequisite as there will be a requirement for extensive travel across the regional portfolio at different times, plus overnight stay as and when required.
