Senior Facilities Manager

What’s the role?
• Facilities Manager
• 12+ month fixed-term contract (maternity cover)
• Leading designer retail outlet destination
• South Normanton, East Midlands
• As part of a strong FM team, you will manage the outlet’s operation, including all hard and soft services, with the guest experience at the heart of everything you do.
• Contractor management and being a key contact at the retail outlet for all operations.
• Major refurbishment project, you will play a key role in the delivery of an exciting key project.

You will have:
• Experience in facilities management within a related sector; retail, hospitality, commercial... property.
• A deep-rooted passion for the customer and guest experience.
• Ambition, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• A willingness to work one in four weekends as Duty Manager.
• IOSH and/or NEBOSH.
