Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to drive the business development of their backbone and upcoming products.

This role will be responsible for managing the P&L, portfolio management, new product ideation, calendar activity plan and initiatives that support short and long-term marketing strategy.
• Drive business development for the products
• Work with various internal stakeholders and third-parties
• Manage marketing budget and brand P&L to ensure sustainable profitability

What you'll do:

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client's backbone product. You will be responsible for developing the business across Indonesia and South East Asia markets. Your role will involve managing various marketing communication agencies... including Creative Agencies & Production Houses for advertisement production, media coverage management in all public media. You will also be tasked with controlling the execution of marketing activities by continuously reviewing them and providing constructive feedback to the management and execution team for improvement. Additionally, you will manage the marketing budget and brand P&L to ensure sustainable profitability.
• Spearheading the growth of the brand and providing clear direction for the brand marketing team to support specific business objectives across different channels and segments
• Managing P&L and developing annual strategic plans and marketing budgets for brand management programmes
• Evaluating the impact of marketing programmes and create reports & analysis to track overall brand’s performance
• Overseeing various external stakeholders including agencies such as Creative, Production, and etc.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Marketing Manager position brings a wealth of experience in managing successful marketing campaigns. You have a strong understanding of marketing strategies and have previously worked with various marketing communication agencies. Your ability to manage budgets effectively will be crucial in this role, as you will be responsible for managing the marketing budget and brand P&L. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to liaise effectively with different stakeholders, from creative agencies to media houses. Lastly, your strong strategic thinking skills will be key in developing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar or relevant capacity, preferably within the FMCG industry (Food/Beverages/Dairy)
• Experience with handling NPD, NPL, brand management, and P&L responsibilities
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Comfortable in creating business strategy, brand management, and leading a team
• Working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) with conversational English skills
