You will:

Technology Leadership:
• Define and drive the overall technology strategy to ensure Technical Excellence in the execution of our projects.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices to ensure our projects stay at the forefront of the industry.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assess technical feasibility.

Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of technical professionals, including software engineers, developers, and technical architects.
• Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and oversee performance evaluations.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Talent on Talent engagement engagement and retention.

• Ensure technical excellence of MAS Technical Team in his/her practice, including a highquality technical assessment process that is aligned with our clients and alignment between internal and external technical assessors.
• Lead training and certification programs, including upskilling as needed, leveraging our MAS Academy program.

Technical Expertise:
• Engage and support the Pre-Sales process with Solutions for RFPs, Estimates, Adding Credibility in Front of Clients.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our technology stack and provide technical guidance to the team. Ensure adherence to best coding practices and development standards.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions or recommend necessary changes.
• Advise Sales/Delivery Teams on best team composition for engagements, and ways to address team/ project performance issues

Budget and Resource Management:
• Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and costeffectiveness.
• Collaborate with senior management to secure necessary resources and funding for projects.

Stakeholder and External Communication:
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and senior management, giving updates on project status, technical challenges, and opportunities.
• Communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Participate in community events, engaging with organizations as thought lead
