The Role You Could Play:

As our Executive Assistant supporting a key membership of our leadership team, you will be the key point of contact for stakeholders both internally and externally and will take the lead by planning, organising, and supporting an... ever-changing and fast-paced environment. As a strategic multi-tasker, you will bring a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills and extraordinary attention to detail to this role in addition to administration and personal support to the Leadership team, you will also assist with brand visits and events throughout the year.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Managing diaries, e-mail accounts and meetings/appointments
• Preparing board packs, agendas and key information for meetings/appointments as required
• Confirming meeting action points as well as creating and managing action/task lists as required
• Liaising with external partners, suppliers and other key contacts to schedule meetings and follow up on requests as required
• Coordinating and booking travel and accommodation
• Creating and maintaining efficient administrative systems and processes including an effective filing system and contact lists for team members, suppliers and personal contacts
• Managing expenses and invoices

Along with extensive experience supporting senior leaders and or/executives and their team in fast paced environments, you also demonstrate the following;
