THE ROLE

As the Customer Service Representative, your Primary duties include, but are not limited to, ensuring client’s understanding and satisfaction of their medical benefits, verifying benefits, assisting phone and walk-in clients, data entry status report updates, providing relief for the receptionist and other relevant duties associated with the provision of customer service to our... clients.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION, THAT WILL BE WORKING WITH A U.S. BASED CONSULTANT.

THE PERSON

To be the ideal candidate, you must have 2 years relevant office experience in a high-volume service-oriented environment, preferably in health insurance or the medical field. You must demonstrate strong customer service skills, including superior communication (verbal and written), superior organizational skills and have the ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy. You must be proficient and knowledgeable in the use of MS Suite of products as well as the internet and e-mail and have experience in servicing all types of client groups. Knowledge of health insurance would be preferred
