Job Description
• Supervise and follow up on all maintenance functions in SODIC Clubs ensuring the frequent maintenance of public services including electricity networks, general lighting and facilities reforms, through evaluating the progress of (the civil tasks, electricity and facilities) in order to maintain the quality standards needed and ensure the best performance of all services.
• Review, develop and monitor implementation of clubs preventative maintenance plan.
• Maintain design standards and display for the Club functions.
• Responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the Club, creating an environment that enhances members experience and club services.
• Act as the liaison and focal point between the Landlords, Contractors & Service providers.
• Support project Alive from MEP perspective the operations' related elements of project Alive on time within budget with the required quality.
• Responsible for Transformers, Medium and Low tension, MDB, Light Current... Systems.
• Responsible for supervising electrical jobs based on shop drawings and specifications.
• Effectively control the utilities consumption to achieve the required savings.
• Responsible for keeping track of consumables provided for serving preventative and corrective maintenance, with the objective of maintaining costs within budget as well as ensuring that there is no stock out situation at any point of time which can lead to inconvenience for the members / visitors.
• Develop and train plans for all the departments to ensure the achievement of the highest quality, the lowest costs, and a good comparing to the aspired one.
• Responsible for reducing the wastage of material and increase manpower productivity.
• Complete necessary quality assurance documentation of work under direct control.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc reports, with the objective of keeping the management informed about all issues, preparing weekly and monthly progress reports and assess them against the project schedule.
• Conduct safety toolbox lecture to enforce safety regulations for individuals on the site, also implement company health, safety and environment policy.
• Raising inspection requests for work completed.
• Ensure work is executed according to contract specifications, approved design drawings, agreed procedures, and method statements.
• Supervise the coordination with government authorities represented in; Water Company, Electricity Distribution Company, Telecom Egypt, Sewage Authority etc. located within the city or within its governorate to ensure the provision of distinguished service to the members and maintenance of the clubs facilities.
• Assist in handing over, snagging, de-snagging, and follow up on snags until completion.
• Manage tender process conjunction with the procurement team.
• Manage MEP inspections for all Clubs assets during their Constructions & Operations stages.
• Develop & review for mechanical/electromechanical, HVAC electrical and plumbing systems ensure compliance to O&M and Codes.
• Monitor & inspect on-site work & material to ensure compliance with contract & schedule.
• Adhere to quality control, monitoring compliance with building safety codes and relevant regulations.
• Ensure proper security measures for the workplace, clubs and all facilities including collaborating with security team.
• Supervise the work and the performance of the housekeeping function, providing overall guidance and feedback to ensure work activities are properly completed.
• Ensure the housekeeping staff are aware and are following proper safety standards and familiar with emergency procedures to direct and provide guidance accordingly.
• Maintain clear understanding of and implementing all club’s landscape/agronomy standards in addition to ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Provide Proper and scheduled reports needed for corporate meetings.
• Conform and assist in developing HS&E manual and processes.
• Perform any other duties assigned by direct manager.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 7 year of experience in the same field.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems.
• Sports clubs industry experience is preferable.
• Experience in administrative processes (e.g. budgeting, performance management).
• Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Well-developed motivational skills
