Banking Governance and Quality Assurance Audit with APA Loans (Remote or in Office, Ireland) The Banking Governance and Quality Assurance Audit Junior is responsible for assessing the quality of service provided by bank employees and their response to customer inquiries with appropriate solutions and resolutions. Training will be provided. Requirements : Must have APA Loans qualification minimum Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail banking environment with Quality Assurance experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent English (written and spoken). Self-motivated, can work independently within the Quality Assurance team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, ability to recognise exceptional customer experience, and identify poor customer outcomes or poor customer experience. Familiarity with MS Excel is beneficial. Must be willing to work towards obtaining the Institute of Bankers APA Loans accreditation. On-site in North... or South Dublin, Monday to Friday. Part-time/ Flexi-time also considered. Responsibilities: _ Review bank customer interactions and communications to identify any non-compliance with regulations or business processes. Quality assesses the level of customer experience delivered. Monitor quality assurance metrics to identify trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide feedback on best practices for training, coaching, and mentoring bank employees to achieve high-quality standards and exceptional customer experience. Ensure that all the appropriate processes are followed, and compliance failures escalated to management. Perform other duties as assigned.
