As a Software Developer / Scrum Master, your primary focus will be on advancing our IAM product to meet market demands. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, programming prowess, and effective teamwork and communication abilities to thrive. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating and supporting our Agile development teams in their adoption and execution of Scrum practices. Serving as a... coach, mentor, and servant-leader to the team, you will ensure that Agile principles are understood and applied effectively throughout the organisation.

What You'll Do:
• Collaborate with the product development team consisting of software developers, architects, test engineers, and related roles, following our agile development process.
• Actively contribute to defining and developing new features while maintaining our Intragen United Identity product.
• Play a pivotal role in ensuring secure, high-quality, and stable development.
• Engage in code reviews, fostering a culture of mutual learning within the team.
• Explore avenues to streamline, automate, and enhance development processes while fostering a positive and enjoyable work environment.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, promoting self-organisation and empowerment.
• Shield the team from external distractions and interference, allowing them to focus on delivering high-quality, value-driven work.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and delivery timelines.
• Track and communicate team progress, metrics, and impediments to stakeholders and management.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve Agile processes and practices, advocating for experimentation and adaptation.
• Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability within the team and across the organisation.

What You'll Need:
• A passion for software development.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Web Development.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies and practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development projects.
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with related standards.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Finnish.
• Exceptional teamwork abilities.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with DevOps, security protocols (such as OWASP), and Git version management is highly desirable
