Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager at Lam Soon Singapore Pte Ltd. The Brand Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development of brand/ product management. This includes implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, monitoring market trends, managing advertising campaigns, and collaborating with different stakeholder for brand communication. The Brand Manager will also manage A&P budget and expenses.


Brand / Product Management
• Responsible for development of annual marketing plan for assigned portfolio.
• Responsible for product management, including existing and new product development... positioning, price and profitability, regulatory compliance and distribution.
• Conceptualise brand communication and engagement through social media and other marketing vehicles.
• Implement, ensure timely completion and evaluate consumer and trade marketing campaigns.
• Monthly monitoring of market trends, analysing sales performance and tracking competitive environment, including pricing, promotion and marketing campaigns to produce relevant information for analysis.
• Monitor and manage monthly A&P budget and expenses.
• Liaise and communicate effectively with various stakeholders such as (but not limited to) Sales, Suppliers and Agencies.
• Prepare monthly marketing report.
• Attend to consumer feedback and enquiry.
• Perform other duties as necessary to support the objectives of the department and company.

Inventory Management
• Bi-weekly monitoring of stocks by working with Procurement personnel.

• Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the FMCG environment or related field.
• Experience in brand and product management and consumer marketing.
• Experience of marketing best practices including digital medium.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Strong project management and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
