Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Accountant proficient in Odoo ERP software to manage our financial transactions and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our accounting records. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Odoo ERP software.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage and process invoices, payments, and... receipts; ensure timely collection of receivables and accurate disbursement of payables.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between our financial records and bank statements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Tax Preparation: Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and other statutory financial requirements. VAT
• Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring all financial information is accurate and accessible.
• General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and supported by appropriate documentation.
• Cost Control: Monitor and control costs, identifying any discrepancies and reporting them to management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year of experience using Odoo ERP software.
• Skills:
• Proficient in Odoo Accounting - ERP software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions
• Hours: 20-25 hours per week, flexible scheduling ( Based on the Requirement )
• Location: On-site with some potential for remote work.
• Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
