We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager & Internal Recruiter to manage our busy office and Internal Recruitment for the business, in our Sandyford office.

The successful Office Manager & Internal Recruiter will work closely with the MD to help grow our business significantly while incorporating learning and development.

This role will suit an ambitious and confident individual, who is comfortable working in a busy and fast paced business, where hard work is financially rewarded.

Role:
• The successful Office Manager will manage our new busy office in Sandyford.
• As the Internal Recruiter you will manage the full 360° recruitment process.
• Proactively establish and maintain a talent pipeline for present and future staffing needs.
• Source candidates through various channels including... online job postings, social media, and networking.
• Manage job postings and candidate applications, scheduling interviews, generating offer letters.
• Participate in the onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements:
• Degree from a recognised third level institution.
• Have excellent attention to detail.
• Ideally 3-4 years administration experience in a busy office.
• Must have 3-4 years of proven track record working in a recruitment consultancy in Dublin
• The ideal Office Manager & Internal Recruiter will be committed to offering the highest professional standards working with integrity and confidentiality.
• Be self-motivated, organised and have good time management skills.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Be results driven, confident, ambitious and career driven.
• Proficient in excel and word.
• Tech Savvy.
• Strong decision-making skills.
