We are looking for high caliber professional for the following position:

Responsibilities:
• To oversee hotel repair and maintenance operations, participate in and ensure capital projects & works complying to statutory regulations
• To prepare the budget and control the energy, repair and maintenance costs
• To ensure all preventive maintenance be consistent and being properly executed with proper records and to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of M&E System
• To lead the Engineering team; plan and liaise with contractors on repair and maintenance works and projects, and provide technical advice & support in daily operation

Requirements:
• Higher Diploma holder in Building Service, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a managerial position, preferably in Hotel Industry
• Knowledge of all technical engineering aspects including Builder’s work, E&M, Plumbing and Heating, HVAC, ELV, energy conservations... etc.
• Electrical license Grade “B”
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
