The Senior Marketing Manager leads and manages all marketing initiatives, from strategic planning and brand storytelling to enhancing the shopping experience and customer engagement. This role is responsible for developing and overseeing short and mid-term strategic planning, budget management, and vendor coordination for Brand Management and Consumer Marketing.

Additionally, this position also encompasses the duties of the Digital and Omnichannel Marketing Manager, requiring the development, deployment, and evaluation of effective strategies, as well as the implementation of detailed plans for digital and omnichannel marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:
• Conduct market research and gather consumer insights
• Perform data analytics and business/brand analysis
• Develop brand marketing plans
• Create integrated marketing communication strategies

Marketing Strategy Execution:
• Manage overall brand operations
• Oversee product development
• Handle media... management (both offline and online)
• Maintain brand equity
• Develop marketing systems

Omnichannel Marketing:
• Develop omnichannel infrastructure
• Formulate sales and brand-building strategies for various channels (Dine-In, Take-Away, Internal & External Delivery, Other NBC)

People Development:
• Organizational development
• Hiring, training, and retention

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (MBA or MMM is a plus).
• 10-12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in QSR/fast casual/F&B chains, delivery aggregators, or FMCG industries, at mid/large-scale companies or multinational corporations.
• Extensive knowledge of the market landscape and restaurant trends in the country.
• Proficiency in offline and online marketing, brand/digital/omnichannel marketing strategies, particularly in the QSR/Retail industry.
• Ability to strategize and execute detailed tasks.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience managing a multi-member team.
