We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects with a specific focus on data centers and the management of equipment related to their power infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, experience with Microsoft projects, and expertise in data center environments. This role requires excellent project management... skills, the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and a deep understanding of the technical requirements of data centers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for data center construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
• Data Center Construction Management:
• Oversee the construction of data centers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Ensure the proper installation and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems, including power distribution units (PDUs), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), generators, and cooling systems.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates on progress, addressing concerns, and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
• Provide regular status reports to senior management and clients, highlighting project milestones and addressing any issues.
• Equipment Management:
• Manage the procurement, installation, and maintenance of all equipment related to data center power infrastructure.
• Ensure all equipment meets technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on data centers or similar high-tech environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or other project management software.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems used in data centers.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft-related projects is highly desirable.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to work on construction sites, including the ability to stand, walk, and navigate uneven surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment as necessary.
