JOB TITLE: CRM Manager

REPORTING TO: RETAIL DIRECTOR

MAIN PURPOSE:

The CRM Manager at Montblanc is in charge of overseeing all CRM, Clienteling, and customer journey activities across various channels in Korea. This role involves close collaboration with the local and HQ teams to enhance customer experiences through omni channel activation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibility 1 – CRM KPI Management:
• Prepare CRM MTD/YTD reports and analyze customer database status.
• Develop monthly/quarterly CRM activation plans and align them with APAC, HQ requests.
• Manage CDB with BTQs, IT, and HQ/APAC.
• Conduct CRM training for BTQ staff.

Key Responsibility 2 – Clienteling, Customer Journey & Loyalty Program Management:
• Create action plans for Clienteling on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Support RAM in executing actions for BTQs.
• Plan VIP events and suggest special actions for Retail excellence.

Key Responsibility 3 – Retail Activation Planning & Communication:
•... Align retail activation planning with the marketing calendar.
• Plan promotions and communication strategies for each occasion.
• Engage in active sales involvement and department store communication.
• Collaborate with other departments for promotional support.

Key Responsibility 4 – Budget Management:
• Manage CRM budget to optimize all activities.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with 2-3 years in CRM and Client-related roles in luxury retail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• High level of analytical and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English and Korean
