About the role

The Key Account Manager is... responsible for driving national mass market and pharmacy accounts, delivering sales and profit targets, with full accountability for the financial performance as well as growing market share.

You will develop and execute strong customer joint business plans, maximising Haleon’s equity, value and presence in the marketplace.

The role sits within the Finnishcommercial organisation and reports into Country Manager Finland.

This is a fixed-term contract for a year with start date as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

Executing key commercial initiatives in the mass market and pharmacy channel.

Flawless execution and implementation of all commercial strategies and core commercial cycle processes with a strong external focus.

Delivering sales, profit, working capital, market shares.

Gross to Net improvements : Implement price increases, improve Joint Business plans. ROI calculations. Responsible for contract and negotiations, Negotiate discounts, joint marketing, category plans, price and assortment.

Driving customer negotiations and optimizing investment for brand strategy; Implementation of campaign activity plans to ensure growth.

Ability to understand customer and channel requirements, and match these to Haleon strategy.

Developing a future growth agenda through long-term customer joint business plans and future innovation planning.

Constantly improve our ways of working for an industry leading position

Qualifications and skills

Essential

Demonstrated experience in sales / key account management.

Strong with numbers and proactive in finding new ways engaging and growing with customers.

Business-minded, fully leveraging consumption and sales data

Excellent capabilities in presentation, story-telling and effective communication.

Preferred

University Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Economics, Marketing or Business Management.

Experienced in key account management in pharmacy / mass market.

Fluency in Finnish and English.
