Lo que implica este trabajo Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Facility Assistant para unirse a nuestro equipo: Zona de trabajo: Medellín centro, Colombia. Horario de trabajo: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00 hs. Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial. Tipo de contratación: Tiempo indeterminado. Este rol es responsable de Este rol es responsable de la gestión de los servicios de facilities del site así como la atención de personas internas y externas que lleguen a la oficina. ¿Cuál es tu día a día? Atención de los colaboradores de nuestro cliente por medio de la plataforma virtual y de manera presencial. Asistencia en eventos. Gestión integral de los servicios internos (cadetería, catering, papelería, solicitud de pedidos de compra de insumos). Control y seguimiento de proveedores del área de Facilities: mantenimientos programados y correctivos del sitio, limpieza, jardinería, fumigación y centro de distribución (bajo la responsabilidad del área del Facilities Manager). Control de la documentación enviada por los proveedores con el fin de obtener el reporte final. Recorridas por el sitio y acompañamiento al proveedor hacia el trabajo a realizar. Mantener actualizado diariamente el listado de mantenimientos realizados. Acompañamiento y elaboración de informes presentados a la cuenta. Se requiere: 1 a 2 años de experiencia en tareas administrativas, control de proveedores y atención a clientes (internos o externos). Estudiantes avanzados o graduados, preferentemente. Residir en zonas aledañas a Medellín Centro. Contar con disponiblidad para asistir al sitio en caso de alguna emergencia, eventualmente.
