OT.Sales Planning and Perf Mgt Consumer Senior ProficientRole PurposeTo support sales planning and performance team for all Sales channels in order to ensure continuous improvement in sales effectiveness across the Division and meet company targetKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIESKey AccountabilitiesKey Activities• Planning and Implementation • To plan and track performance of the Sales division on an ongoing basis; to coordinate in the development and implementation of the retail strategy • Develops a framework for carrying out internal / external strategic analysis, identifying scenarios, assessing options for way forward and formulate diagnoses for the Management of Consumer units • Creates analytics framework to feed commercial decision-making and initiatives for implementation • Leads the development of performance metrics and target values for performance measures in key/strategic processes based on industry benchmarks • Performance Management • Quarterbacks incentive... compensation planning to facilitate on time delivery and execution of incentive programs. Acts as an advisor on design and administration of programs and quota methodology. Collaborates on implementation of sales tracking and results measures • Coordinate the reports for Sales targets and forecasts, developing effective tools to track historical performance and translate into future requirements and scenarios • Coordinate the definition of data based on KPIs and reporting requests, and manage the process of retrieval of data from data sources (IT, Data Warehouse, etc.) to ensure data availability and accuracy • Manage the development of data management and mining tools, establishing efficient ways of retrieving, handling and storing report data (including Data Warehouse and customized reporting tools) • Generates detailed daily, weekly, monthly, and annually reports on current sales challenges supporting executive management briefings. • Analyze and consolidate learnings to provide comprehensive view on performance, outlook, and go-forward plan • Analyze and interpret data to determine marketing and sales program performance and identify opportunities to grow revenue and operating income • Makes recommendations to management on improving sales effectiveness. • Identify opportunities to growth Revenue/Margin by utilizing segmentation data and other data sources. • Analyze Omantel promotional effectiveness Generates sales compensation reports to provide summaries for management review and analysis • Generates sales compensation reports to provide summaries for management review and analysis Generates sales compensation reports to provide summaries for management review and analysis Provide sales and profit analysis • Leads, and engages, in weekly performance routines, monthly performance reviews and monthly Deep Dive sessions to affect results and drive alignment with company strategy • Work directly with the Senior Manager and SVP of GM Consumer sales to assist in designing compensation plans to fit strategic sales priorities and execution on key initiatives • Policies and Procedures • Supervise development of Sales Planning and Performance Management policies and procedures • Identify areas for improvement of Sales Planning and Performance Management Department policies and procedures JOB SPECIFICATIONSKnowledge / Technical Skills• Deep knowledge of the Telecommunications industry and the environment in which it operates. • Thorough knowledge of the telecommunications industry and the technology employed to deploy its products and services to customers • Strong English speaking and writing skills • Strong analytical mindset • In-depth knowledge of statistics and reporting systems • Understanding of data analysis and data structures, database software and management • Ability to lead the development (and if applicable develop) of Microsoft Excel or Access-based reporting and analysis tools • Excellent understanding of business environment, budgets, sales targets & forecasts, promotions, etc. • Ability to direct and coordinate a team of people, measuring their performance • Strong financial acumen, including in-depth financial analysis and resulting impact to business • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Able to build strong internal relationships • Creative and dynamic • Ability to multi-task • Self-control under pressure • Must be Profession in MS office applications Education /Certifications• Bachelor Degree in relevant field • Master will be plus ExperienceSenior Proficient: Minimum 8 years of experience
