Title: Customer Service Financial Analyst

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Grade: 09

Position Summary

This finance position is responsible for building and providing various P&L’s, financial analysis, supporting field finance teams with month-end closing and other responsibilities inside Serbia Services Finance team. The position works closely with finance and business teams, requiring a specialized understanding of NCR services offers and cost parameters.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Manage month-end closing processes, work closely with key stakeholders to report accurate results, process accruals, provide detailed analysis and commentary on variances to OL and Plan
• Involvement with monthly forecast process
• Working on annual planning
• Serve as finance support for SWM Team, throughout month to process vouchers and accruals, research results P&L issues, run periodic revenue and cost reports (i.e. statement of activity), P&Ls, capture arrears billing data, etc.
• Involvement in other areas of responsibility inside the team such as maintaining and creating org codes for Services organization, Global consolidations, process improvements etc.
• Warranty accounting
• Working on ad-hoc finance projects

Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related Business discipline
• 4+ years related experience
• Demonstrated strong financial/analytical skills gained through formal education and work experience.
• Strong Excel skills required. Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint and Word) and comfortable with system data mining
• Demonstrates positive can-do attitude, is proactive and customer focused
• Ability to work comfortably with management and functional organizations
• Effectively manage and produce results in an unpredictable environment with short operational cycles
• Ability to work non-standard business hours as required (during month-end close and forecast)

Preferred Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects at a time
• Flexible and highly motivated with the ability to work with various cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Visual Basic (VBA) and Tableau knowledge would be plus
• Preferred strong knowledge of NCR systems (ERP, BO, EDW, HFM/Hyperion)
