An exciting opportunity now exists for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen, with a passion for delivering tailored solutions to meet the customers' unique needs.

Your Role Will Include
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients.
• Conduct technical presentations and product... demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of product solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess customer requirements and provide customized recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations in alignment with company policies and objectives.
• Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

To succeed in this role you will be/have:
• Proven track record of success in technical sales, preferably within the HVAC or building automation industry.
• Proven experience in generating new business and closing leads.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, air quality regulations, and energy efficiency standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.
