About The Role

As the Sales Consultant you will boost revenue by seizing sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service. You will conduct market research, tailor sales strategies, present compelling solutions and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets. Collaborating with the wider team, you will ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships, contributing to the organisation's success and profitability.

Your key responsibilities;
• Proactively seek new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
• Develop and maintain relationships with... potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
• Research consumer needs and identify how their solutions meet them.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) within specified timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
• Monitor market trends, track sales activities, and provide reports on customer needs and competitive insights.

About you:

You are a driven and results-oriented professional, with outstanding communication skills, and a growth mindset. You thrive on being proactive, innovative, and adaptable, with a genuine passion for building relationships and achieving success.

Additionally, you have;
• Proven success as a Sales Consultant or in a similar sales role.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a knack for establishing productive business connections
• Exceptional selling, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Effective time management, organisational skills.
• Experience in delivering tailored presentations to diverse audiences.
• Skills in account and relationship management.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive the sales process.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
