JOB SUMMARY

B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Business Administration or a related field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.Successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding... targetsCommitted to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferencesDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeStrong business sense and industry expertiseExcellent mentoring, coaching and people management skillsProven working experience as a project administratorin the information technology sectorSolid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesExcellent verbal and communication skills with proficiency in English LanguageSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeWell-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solvingA team player with high level of dedication

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospecting for new sales and opportunitiesAchieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing available resourcesDesigning and implementing a strategic business/sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presenceBuild and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsPresent sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management teamIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition statusEnsure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materialRespond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requestedStore and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reportsHandle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelinessInform clients of unforeseen delays or problemsManage customer portfolio to maximize relationship building opportunities.
