Location: Copenhagen

Duration: 6 Month FTC

Reporting to: Sr National Field Sales Manager

Job purpose

Visit stores in own district and follow up on placement and presentation of all Colgate-Palmolive product is according to guidelines and agreed campaigns. Continue to grow POS in total district. (Catman Solution target).

What you will do:
• Checking the backroom for CP products
• Checking the shelves regarding distribution, shelf -labels and shelf planogram.
• Adjusting the shelves in accordance with agreements
• Checking the store regarding off shelf displays/activities/campaigns
• Adjusting existing displays and making off shelf space for new activities and campaigns
• Meeting with the store manager/buyer
• Selling in activities and campaigns
• Analyse and present Catman POS data to buyer.
• Informing about necessary adjustments of the shelves in accordance with agreements
• General information/discussions
• Changes in the shelves aligned with planogram changes in connection with trade windows and annual negotiations
• Store redoing’s in alignment with agreements with the trade customers
• Participate at our sales-meetings
• Optimal leadership of the merchandisers
• Work close with Customer Development Managers

Key proficiencies
• Minimum higher education
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience from similar sales position
• Proven sales Experience from Field Sales, preferably from FMCG
• Strong relationship builder
• Used to work with data and have an analytical approach
• Ambitious with strong drive and impact.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to successfully build relationships and secure excellent execution.
• Pro-active and results oriented. Passion for driving and growing a business.
• Effective with high working capacity
