Working together with international distributors, you will be responsible for managing and growing the marketing and sales in the territories. You are the primary point-of-contact for major accounts and are accountable for achieving sales performance in your region. You are motivated by hunger to solve challenges that our clients may face. You develop trusted relationships at a high executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the partnership. This means that you have a full understanding of our products and provide sales techniques in the territory.

You will lead identifying and signing appropriate channel partners as well as training them on our products. Additionally, you will be the voice of Biogal with the customers.

Your Impact

· Develop market strategies and goals for each product; understand the strategies, goals, and objectives.

· Develop and maintain detailed account profiles including organizational charts for all accounts to be reviewed by management on a... quarterly basis.

· Facilitate communication on strategic and tactical issues facing our clients and partners.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technical developments that affect target markets.

· Coordinate account strategy for the different support teams within Biogal (product manager, quality, production etc.)

· International travel as necessary


Your Experience

· 3 years experience in B2B and B2C, global marketing, and channel distribution

· Ability to interact and develop relationships with clients, KOLs and Biogal’s team

· Identify customer needs and communicate them to management

· Generate weekly and monthly reports

· Search, establish and develop potential distributors

· Strong presentation and communication skills

· Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills

· Demonstrable track record of exceeding target in past sales roles
• Deep understanding of channel partners and marketing strategy
• Exceeding sales quota as an Account Manager, Channel Account Manager, or Territory/Regional Manager for a multinational company

· English- Native language- Must

· Additional language- Advantage

· Medical device experience
