- Coordinate the entire material planning, purchasing, and production scheduling process to ensure timely delivery of finished products to customers.

- Plan and manage the entire production process, from raw materials through to distribution, optimizing supply chain goals.

- Oversee daily purchase requisitions, and convert requisitions to purchase orders.

- Perform purchasing functions to ensure optimal inventory and timely availability of materials to meet production turnaround times.

- Oversee inventory control and material management, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting of inventory levels.

- Address supply chain issues such as material shortages, defective products, and delivery delays, and work with suppliers to resolve


- Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong relationships with suppliers,ensuring compliance with quality standards and company policies.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address supply chain issues and develop solutions.

... Ensure compliance with the company's purchasing policies and procedures, code of ethics, values, and relevant laws and regulations.

- To ensure the work place is clean and tidy at all times and to adhere to all the Company's rules and regulations.

- Interface with production, sales, purchasing and suppliers in order to schedule purchase orders of raw material to meet production demand

- Supporting and providing the coordination of the material planning, purchasing and production scheduling function to ensure timely delivery to customers of finished products
