Job Description:
• Prepare workstations at the start of processing & clean and reinstate workstations after processing.
• Handle frozen/chilled fish/seafood processing by types of equipment with various components including processing (cutting, trimming, deboning & deskinning etc), packing (vacuum packing & strapping etc ) and storing of products
• Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
• Ensure that all food hygiene and safety standards are met and keep up to date with industry standards
• Perform other food manufacturing duties assigned by the supervisor, as needed

• Able to work in a cold environment, comfortable with repetitive work activities, working in accordance with schedules, operating machinery and working with cold materials.
• Training will be provided to applicants with little to no experience in operating processing types of equipment.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift heavy items.
• Responsible, punctual, good working... attitude, good team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Applicants with WSQ certification in basic food hygiene, and familiar with food handling and handling process in fish have added advantages.
• Applicants must be willing to work OT duties including weekends and public holidays when required.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
