Specific responsibilities

1. To effectively carry out supplier planning and management across all events and projects as delegated by the Head of team.

2. Effectively handle negotiations with suppliers.

3. Brief suppliers about requirements for projects.

4. Request for quotes from prospective vendors regarding requirements for projects; both locally and internationally.

5. Commission products and services with 3rd party suppliers at the BEST cost and BEST quality.

6. Work with all account management teams to get the most effectives quotes for all events/activations.

7. Compile project and savings report on each project assigned.

8. Follow up on payments with the finance team.

9. Collate, update and manage supplier database accordingly.

10. Keep inventory report up to date working with the Store Managers and Supervisors.

11. Manage and keep in good condition Client’s items in our possession.

12. Be efficient and diligent in all job responsibilities as delegated by the Head... of Team
