Slamcore are pioneers in spatial intelligence, specialising in advanced localisation and mapping solutions. At the forefront of our product lineup is 'Slamcore Aware,' an innovative Real-Time Location System (RTLS) powered by cutting-edge computer vision technology. Slamcore Aware leverages sophisticated algorithms and vision-based sensors to provide highly accurate and reliable positioning information in real-time. This solution is designed to enhance the capabilities of both manually operated and autonomous systems, enabling navigation of complex environments with precision and efficiency.

Who We Are

Slamcore is a London-based, globally focused startup founded by visual SLAM (simultaneous localisation and mapping) algorithm pioneers and specialists. Having raised over $30M of VC funding from top investors worldwide, we are developing breakthrough spatial intelligence solutions for the next-generation of intralogistics by harnessing computer vision, sensor fusion, and... machine learning. Our aim is to significantly reduce the time and cost for companies to deploy advanced logistics solutions while delivering unparalleled performance.

Our Business Operations team's mission is to reduce or eliminate the cognitive burden of administrative and operational tasks from Slamcore’s people, allowing them to focus on building revolutionary technology and getting it into the hands of as many customers as possible. The Business Operations function at Slamcore covers or touches everything in the business that isn’t directly related to the technology we’re building: People (HR), Finance, Legal & Compliance, Sales & Marketing, Office Management, and Executive Support. We’re also the primary ambassadors for championing our company culture and values.

We’re looking for a brilliant, tech-savvy multi-tasker with superior attention to detail, who can help maintain order amidst the rapid changes of a growing business.

• Chasing and accurately bookkeeping invoices/receipts, and administering our expense management systems
• Administering and supporting marketing efforts including social media posting, drafting and sending internal and external newsletters, and planning future marketing initiatives
• Administering accounts receivable (customer onboarding, quote and invoice issuing, purchase order management)
• Administering and managing confidential personnel files
• Preparing employee paperwork including contracts & amendments, performance review forms, reference letters, etc.
• Assisting with employee onboarding and off-boarding
• Assisting with asset & hardware tracking/bookkeeping
• Managing diaries and providing support for the CEO and Senior Leadership Team

• Experience with Hubspot or other CRM software
• Familiarity with Xero or other accounting software
• Knowledge of Pleo or other expense management software
• Experience with TeamTailor or other Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
