About Our Client

Our client is a well known MNC in Europe and has had a strong footprint in Asia and Singapore for a few years now. Currently experiencing growth and looking to hire a new team member with a high level of customer service.

Job Description
• Screening of incoming calls
• Courier management
• Facilities management
• Calendar management
• Internal event coordination
• Attending to incoming customers/guests

The Successful Applicant
• At least 2 years of relevant receptionist experience
• Proficient use of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is preferred as you will be using these tools on a daily basis
• Strong team player
• Solid customer service mentality
• Professional business attire and acumen is required as you will be in office everyday in order to attend to and receive in coming guests and customers.
• Courier management
• Some basic secretarial duties and calendar management is an advantage
• Facilities management experience
• Coordination of room bookings

• Screening and transferring of calls
