Position Overview

As an Implementation Consultant at Zetes, you will work closely with our customers and other members of the Business Solutions Group. You will be responsible and accountable to define, design and implement solutions. As a link between our customers, the application development team, and the testing environment, you will be required to understand and define the business requirements, analyse the requirements and produce functional solution designs and test cases to... enable the development and testing team to deliver a solution that meets the vision of the customer and the scope of the projects.

This is a customer-facing and technology-facing role. We are seeking a skilled analyst with expertise in solution deployment to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing efficient solutions, and overseeing the deployment process to ensure seamless implementation.

Responsibilities:
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Solution Design: Design comprehensive solutions that address business needs and align with organizational goals.
• Deployment Planning: Develop detailed deployment plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and facilitate communication throughout the deployment process.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to validate the functionality and performance of deployed solutions.
• Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation to support end-users in utilizing deployed solutions effectively.
• Change Management: Implement change management strategies to minimize disruption and maximize user adoption.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor deployed solutions, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for enhancement or optimization.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful deployment and ongoing operation.
• Post-Deployment Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address any issues that arise post-deployment.

Pre-Project:
• Assist the Business Consultant and Business Development Manager with identifying and scoping customers’ needs and translating these into business processes, workflows and use cases.
• Draft Change Requests and Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Be the Functional Analyst for our suite of solutions.
• Assist with solution demonstrations.

Project:
• Detailed business requirement elicitation and documentation
• Responsible for solution analysis and design and the sign-off of the Functional Design Specification.
• Assist with the drafting of the Technical Design Specification (TDS) and project Charter.
• Responsible for identifying test cases, functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Responsible for the Super-User Training and Training Documentation.
• Provide post-go-live support and handholding to super-users during the transition phase.
• Analyse and document changes and enhancements to existing systems.
• Provide support to the internal Customer Success Team during the handover to the Service Level Agreement and Operational Level Agreement.

Other:
• Understating of existing implemented solutions.
• Continuous Improvement of the Business Solutions Group.

Qualification & Experience
• Degree (Bachelor/Diploma) in IT, Informatics or Industrial Engineering field or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Process Mapping and Improvement (BPMN 2.0)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Business Analysis or Software Implementation Consultant role working with external clients
• Fully computer literate in MS Office

Industry-specific experience is preferred:
• Project experience as a business analyst or subject-matter expert in the implementation of systems in the supply chain
