We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to handle a variety of customer service tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating to higher management when necessary.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Assist with processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate... in training and development programs to enhance service skills.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Qualifications
• High school Matric or equivalent; a Diploma in a related field is a plus.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
