We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager (Solution Sales) to join our team. With a proven track record in solution selling and a passion for driving revenue growth, the ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment where innovation and collaboration are key.

In this position you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within our digital solutions portfolio. You will lead the charge in cultivating strong customer relationships and delivering value-driven solutions to meet and exceed sales targets.

Your role in our mission
• Drive sales efforts to acquire new business within the digital solutions pipeline.
• Lead proposal development and negotiations to maximize customer value.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, prioritizing recurring revenue streams.
• Cultivate and nurture strong customer relationships at various levels within client organizations.

Valued skills and experience
• Numerous years experience in a Solution Sales or Saas position
• Proven track record with a strong proficiency in consultative selling processes.
• Deal negotiation and shaping expertise.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with financial fluency.
• Fluent Turkish and English, both written and spoken
