• It's a big role, and we need someone who can ramp up quickly when it comes to new information and learning new things. Therefore, we're looking for someone with deep career ambitions and someone who truly believes in the value of this role as their calling.
• Over time, the goal is that you'll become an extension of the GGO by having the ability to anticipate not only potential needs, but blindspots you may see around the corner, and remember things before them. Because of this, the ability to build trust quickly is critical.
• Get to learn and gain experience in eCommerce and work with the latest technologies on the market.
• Hybrid Role required to go to our Bogotá office 2 x a week. (Santa Bárbara).
• Indefinite term contract + Internet Allowance + Prepaid Healthcare with Colsanitas for you and one dependant + others

About the Role

As a Personal Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing the efficiency of our CGO by handling administrative, operational, sales, and strategic tasks.

Your ability to understand the value of the CGO's time is crucial, ensuring seamless operations and allowing the CGO to focus on high-level growth activities.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Organizational Efficiency:
Streamline administrative processes to maximize the CGO's time.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel plans.
• Prepare meeting agendas and materials.

Gatekeeping and Problem Solving:
Serve as a gatekeeper for operational difficulties and autonomously resolve them.
• Handle operational queries and triage concerns.
• Implement proactive problemsolving solutions.

Attention to Detail:
Maintain a high level of detail in carrying out tasks and responsibilities.
• Review outgoing messages for errors and completeness.
• Factcheck and prepare reports for data accuracy.

Time Management:
Effectively handle schedules and deadlines.
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency and relevance.
• Remind the CGO of future deadlines and duties.

Confidentiality:
Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Preserve sensitive information and maintain discretion.

About You

We're looking for someone with:
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Strong time management skills and flexibility to manage multiple projects.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate tight project deadlines.
• Financial and legal literacy for contributing to projects in those areas.
• Comfort with technology and a keen interest in AI.
• Autonomy and speed with mínimal errors.
• A processoriented mindset.

Position Prerequisites
• At least 1+ years of experience supporting a CEO or executive in the past. Administrative experience may apply.
• Experience with creating systems, manuals, and processes that can be easily followed.
• You can hold your own. You make decisions decisively and can take very direct feedback.
• You crave personal growth, without ever wanting to be the CEO.
• You are a rocksolid communicator.
• You present information clearly and with no errors, whether that is in written or verbal communication.
• You're highly adaptable and flexible, as this role is everchanging in its nature as new projects come to light as such.
• You'll be contributing to projects related to sales, finance, and legal elements, so a strong appetite and experience in financial and legal literacy is desired.
• You thrive in fastpaced environments, with tight deadlines, and with a rigorous eye for detail and accuracy.
• You take a lot of pride in your outcomes, whether that's booking just the right dinner reservation, or facilitating the final signing on a business acquisition.
• Be great with technology, interested in AI, and determined to learn new things quickly.
• Able to move fast with mínimal/no error, autonomously.
• Can catch even the smallest grammar mistakes.
• Must be processoriented.
• The software we use includes G-Suite, ClickUp, Typeform, Zoom, etc.
• Must be smart and resourceful. Someone who can overcome a challenge by thinking outside of the box.
• Must be open to embracing the entrepreneurial lifestyle.
• Must have experience working in a fastpaced environment.
