Job Description

For our Branch in Brussels, Belgium, we are looking for an IS Support Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordination of support teams

2. IS Service management

3. Follow-up of service quality

4. Management and follow-up of user requests

5. Guidance regarding the use of information systems

6. Management of incidents related to information systems; organization of the reporting

7. Participation in user, service and project meetings

Qualifications

Knowledge and skills:

1. Proven knowledge in end user assistance or support of information systems

2. Excellent knowledge of ITIL

3. Good IT skills

4. Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks

5. Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, good communication skills.

6. Capability of working in... an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team; leadership capability.

7. Able to cope with the needs of multi-language site deployment.

8. Experience with ITIL

9. Experience with quality procedures

Obligatory Requirements:

1.Minimum 6 years of IT professional experience

2. Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in user support, training or documentation writing.

3. Working level of English and / Or French
