• Evaluate emerging market trends, business prospects, and market segments on both a global and local scale.
• Assess past performance of collections, categories and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Analyze service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Assess potential partnership prospects.
• Establish and update policies and procedures for order fulfillment.
• Design business questions to be used for data mining and analysis.
• Develop a service recovery framework.
• Develop and... execute a roadmap for enhancing the functionality of the online store.
• Establish and enhance service operations.
• Cultivate, oversee, and evaluate the performance of relationships with technology vendors.

• Execute strategic and tactical ecommerce programs.
• Oversee and review operations and processes in ecommerce.

• Oversee the procurement and implementation of new technologies.
• Measure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction performance.
• Monitor and assess data mining and analytics tools.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Bachelors' degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
• Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
• Confidence developing and overseeing retail and eCommercefocused digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.
• Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimization.
• Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
