We are looking for an OtC Team Manager to lead our team that takes care of sales and manufacturing entities in Europe. As a leader of OtC Team, you will be responsible for Accounts Receivable and Master Data processes.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
• smoothly manage both daily and month-end activities for OTC stream (including on-time and error free AR sub ledger close),
• manage process of aged items (invoices and incoming payments) identification, reconciliation, and resolution in a timely manner,
• manage the process of Master-Data for all streams in the SSC,
• closely cooperate with internal and external stakeholders,
• drive improvement initiatives and take ownership of... workstream(s) and deliverables,
• actively propose and support standardization and digitization for OtC processes,
• provide leadership, mentorship, and management of the team,
• ensure and develop the team to provide excellent customer service,
• monitor performance across OTC processes on a continuous basis against agreed SLAs and define corrective actions, where necessary,
• support the recruitment of staff, including technology enablement, and actively contribute to ensure operational readiness by go-live date,
• onboard the team members joining Alfa Laval SSC,
• actively participate in the transition of OTC processes into Alfa Laval SSC including planning, training, work shadowing, standard operation procedure (SOP) documentation preparations and issues resolution,
• take responsibility for proper maintenance of process documentation,
• conduct quality control audits and evaluate work standards to ensure standards and conformity.

Requirements:
• Degree in Finance/Accounting or other related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in people management
• High level of understanding of Order to Cash processes; Credit Management knowledge will be an asset
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Experience in interacting with stakeholders & internal clients
• Experience in OTC process improvement
• Strong leadership skills and motivation to push for team development
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively under pressure
• Can-do attitude; motivation and willingness to learn
