Job Description:

Sterling Bank is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Chat Support Representative to join our team as a remote employee in Abuja, NG. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through online chat support.
2. Assist customers with account-related questions, technical issues, and product/service information.
3. Provide solutions to customer problems by identifying and troubleshooting issues.
4. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and escalations.
5. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies... to provide accurate information to customers.
8. Meet and exceed customer service performance metrics and goals.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
5. Proficiency in using chat support software and other online communication tools.
6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
8. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home.
