As a National First Contact Physiotherapy (FCP) provider, we have been providing FCP to the NHS since 2016 and currently support over 200 Primary Care Networks (PCNs). Our organisation is clinically run, led by consultant physiotherapists and Advanced Practitioners, with a keen focus on research and collaborations with UK universities.

Role Description

This is a part-time/full-time on-site role for a First Contact Practitioner in... Widnes. The First Contact Practitioner will be responsible for providing quality physiotherapy care, conducting assessments and treatments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. They will also provide education and advice to patients and ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
• Experience in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy
• Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with healthcare professionals
• Experience in providing education and advice to patients
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice and research
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Clinical experience in a primary care or community setting is desirable
• Advanced Practice certification or willingness to pursue advanced training is a plus
