As a Cabin Crew member, you will operate within a two to four person team on our F100, A319 and A320 aircraft, servicing destinations such as Busselton, Karratha and Broome. In addition to regular passenger transport you will also operate charter flights for FIFO workers and corporate clients. You will be trained confidently to manage a variety of emergency situations, and expected to deliver an exceptional inflight service to our customers and ensure the highest level of safety onboard.Role Responsibilities:Demonstrate passion and pride in consistently delivering exceptional customer serviceAnticipate... customer needs and take responsibility in following policies and proceduresOffer a caring approach to nervous flyers and respect cultural and linguistic diversitiesAdhere to the relevant training requirements of the role and pass all training assessmentsBuild rapport with team members and contribute positively to the team’s performanceMaintain personal grooming requirements and ensure all areas of the cabin are cleanMinimum Requirements:18 years of age or olderRecent experience in a customer facing roleHeight between 163cm - 183cm and ability to reach 212cmA valid First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtainResponsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or willingness to obtainExcellent health and fitness, including the ability to swim and tread waterRight to work in Australia without restriction or sponsorshipSuccessful candidates will be invited to attend our upcoming Assessment Centre.Why the Qantas Group?
