We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead the team and ensure the smooth operation of the store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store management, from inventory control to employee training, and from customer service to sales strategies.

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee all store operations, including managing images, products, employees, and customer service, following the store's commercial strategy.
• Supervise staff, store operations, and the environment to meet sales, service, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals.
• Monitor and manage store inventory levels, ensuring timely stock replenishment and returns.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to store management.
• Encourage and motivate staff to help the store meet its monthly sales targets.
• Implement sales events and promotions according to the sales plan.
• Guide and train new employees according to company... policies, including training in sales skills and customer communication.
• Maintain staff performance by leading, coaching, training, motivating, counseling, and disciplining employees, and monitoring their job results for improvement.
• Collaborate with management and HR on staff attendance, planning, recruitment, training, evaluation, and other personnel actions.
• Organize and manage the duty roster effectively, ensure regular attendance and punctuality, especially during peak seasons and holidays, and handle staff discipline.
• Submit monthly store expenses, sales performance, and other reports to the Finance Department for payment processing.
• Perform other tasks as required by superiors.

Job Requirements:
• University degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail customer service industries, such as fashion retail, supermarkets, hospitality, or food and beverage.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication in English or Chinese.
• Strong self-management, open-mindedness, hard-working attitude, and good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work under high pressure, self-motivation, and willingness to work in shifts.
