Job Duties:
• To handle all aspects of payroll administration including salary calculation, final payment, cost allocation, commission, salaries tax and MPF administration etc.
• Support daily use of HR systems to ensure the data accuracy and quality, including but not limited to data extraction, validation and correction
• Troubleshoot data related problems and authorize maintenance or modifications
• Provide support to the enhancement of the HRIS
• Support in report generation, data migration/verification and staff communications
• Conduct the annual C&B surveys or other census reports, benchmarking exercise, annual assessment programme and provides professional analysis if required
• Assist in benefits programs review and provide support to other ad hoc projects

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 6 years’ relevant experience in sizable company
• Experience in HRIS system project implementation and rollout... including UAT testing, documentation and user training
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other HR related legislation
• Strong in handle commission calculation is necessary
• Self initiative, detail minded, good numeric sense and able to work independently in a fast pace and dynamic operational environment
• A fast learner who is self motivated and result driven
• A good team player with good interpersonal skills and communications skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is a great advantage
• Less experience will be considered as Officer
