Financial Services

- Training and development: to initiate, diversify and enhance training & development programs
- C&B task: to support handing monthly payroll, social insurance and PIT process
- Others: to support recruitment process and related jobs; to develop, implement and maintain human resources policies in line with Regional, Branch strategies and relevant regulations.

- University degree - Good command of English. Japanese is an advantage
- Good skills of communication, reporting & interpersonal
- A good team player as well as an excellent individual performer
- Detailed-oriented, careful, responsible, honest and hard-working
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, practices and local employment laws
- At least 4 years of relevant HR working experience
- Ability to work under pressure
