Sales Representative at VMI Studio

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to drive our expansion efforts, particularly in key markets such as Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and the USA. Duties:
• Proactively identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and strategic referrals within the real estate sector.
• Foster and sustain robust relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs to tailor presentations and demos effectively.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations of our products, articulating the unique value proposition and benefits of our... innovative solutions.
• Drive negotiations and close sales, contributing to monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with our sales team to refine sales strategies and approaches based on market feedback and emerging opportunities.
• Ensure a superior customer experience, maintaining high satisfaction levels and managing customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system.

Experience:
• Solid background in sales, preferably in a B2B environment related to real estate, technology, or creative sectors.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for persuasive presentations and customer interactions.
• Determination and resilience, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation skills, capable of closing deals effectively and meeting client needs.
• Proficiency in English, with additional language skills being advantageous, especially relevant to target markets.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
• Technical proficiency with MS Office Suite, CRM platforms, and an aptitude for quickly learning new tools.
• Demonstrated ability to use advanced sales software tools such as Apollo, enhancing lead generation and sales process management.

Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000 per year
