To help support our rapid growth, AdMedia is actively searching for a Director of Advertising Sales with a proven track record in building strategic partnerships and developing strategies for new and existing client development. In this role, you will tap your network of Search and Performance Agencies. This role requires a hunter mentality and work ethic.

This position is a collaborative role working closely with marketing and account management teams. Knowledge of, and experience in digital media and search advertising is required. Relationships with Agencies like Tinuitti, Merkle, Constellation Group, etc. is a must. Initial and ongoing technical training on our products and services will be provided. This is a remote position.

• Quickly become well versed in our industry-leading products and services across search, mobile and display advertising
• Demonstrate clear ability to prospect and drive acquisition of new relationships
• Connect with and gain interest from decision-makers who control $3MM in advertising budget
• Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
• Thrive on selling into complex and dynamic organizations across a broad spectrum of industries
• Pitch solutions, not products; comfortable securing prospective clients' ad budgets, market goals, and performance tracking data assets
• Identify and resolve issues across the marketing/sales and account management functions
• Stay well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle
• Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics
• Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way
• Build and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of innovation
• Carry-forward our product offering and position in the digital advertising industry, representing our company at industry conferences and events to win new clients
• Maintain accurate and updated CRM data

Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Ability to work remotely
• Bachelor's degree; 5+ years as a top performer in B2B enterprise sales, pitching to VP and C-level executives and above
• 5+ years minimum in online search advertising sales
• Thorough grasp and understanding of Media Math
• Proven winner with a deep desire to close big deals and earn large commissions
• Relationship-builder comfortable with a sales cycle of more than two months
• Data-savvy and comfortable discussing technology
• Strong objection handler, with ability to think-on-feet
• Strong prospecting, presentation, and relationship building experience
• Ability to articulate a strong understanding of advertising campaign strategies
• Masterful presentation and negotiation skills, both in-person and over the phone
• Existing Relationships at Search and Performance marketing agencies like Tinuitti, Merkle, 360i, iCrossing, iProspect, Seer Interactive, Jellyfish, Media Assembly, etc.
• Availability for light travel and willingness to entertain clients on a regular basis
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Search Engine Marketing
• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments

Compensation Includes:
• Competitive base salary
• Uncapped commission on all booked revenue
