We currently have an opportunity for a motivated and experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join our team. This role will preferably be based in Cork or Dublin, but all locations in Ireland will be considered. A mixture of hybrid/remote working depending on the location.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Prepare weekly sales & doctor reports for Ireland, US and UK. Identify and highlight to the management clinic... trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare monthly clinic profitability and margin analysis and consumption analysis.
• Liaise with Accounts Payable and Operations department for robust month end closing.
• Assist the Financial Controller in setting up a robust intercompany process across the various entities.
• Assist the Financial Controller in setting up the reporting process for all entities.
• Prepare financial month end packs for the management.
• Prepare monthly reporting packs for equity and debt investors as required.
• Prepare monthly BS reconciliations and follow up on any discrepancies.
• Assist the Financial Controller in maintaining and improving our standards in all processes across IRL, UK, US. Assist in designing and implementing process and system improvements.
• Assist the Financial Controller with creating various policies and operating standards across our clinics.
• Maintain a cost-conscious environment within all department.
• Prepare various reports and act as a business partner with Marketing, Operations and Medical Doctors departments on their spends
• Assist the CFO and Financial Controller in Budgeting and Forward Forecasting, financial modelling and scenario planning.
• Assist all Accounts staff in fulfilling their functions if requested to do so by the Financial Controller. Cross train in other accounting functions and to provide cover in other positions during times of absence.
• Assist the Financial Controller in the annual audit.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Unrestricted right to work in Ireland
• 3-4 years’ work experience in financial accounting roles
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Qualified accountant, or very close to completing qualification
• Proven desire to grow into a more senior role in the next 2-3 years
• Experience in the retail/beauty industry is an advantage
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions is an advantage
