Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team from October. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving customer acquisitions, managing key accounts, negotiating sales terms, and ensuring the successful execution of our sales strategy. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, sales acumen, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new business and expand our customer base.
• Review customer contracts and coordinate with legal and other departments.
• Identify application areas for growth and define product requirements.
• Manage key customer accounts and lead sales efforts on a regional and EMEA level.
• Negotiate pricing and sales terms, and provide quotes to customers.
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Execute sales strategy and achieve annual objectives.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Report on sales territory... performance.
• Forecast and budget planning.

• Secondary school/University degree in Technical/Business field preferred.
• Ideally 4 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Sales Representative.
• Strong sales negotiation skills and acumen.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Technical proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Culturally sensitive with deep knowledge of customer structure, market conditions, competitors, and suppliers.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to build successful relationships at all levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid car driving license.
• Flexibility to travel as needed
