Welcome to Ecofinance. We specialize in B2C financial services, offering seamless access to loans for underserved customers globally through our P2P platform. Since the start of operations in 2015, we've issued over 390 million euros in loans.

Our team of 370+ skilled professionals collaborates across seven locations, and we are looking for new colleagues to drive our next phase of growth and venture into new markets.

Our current product offerings include 40% PayDay Loans (5–20 days) and 60% Installment Loans (56–168 days). We have plans to introduce new products in 2024, including a credit line and a credit card.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze the competitive landscape across all markets, suggesting the development of our products’ competitive advantage, additional features, and services for revenue growth and loss reduction;
• Manage current products, including their unit economics, in collaboration with... functional leads;
• Translate business goals into an exact product roadmap for launch in new territories;
• Handle all aspects of product development with IT (Scope, Groom, Prioritization, Release);
• Anticipate and adapt to law changes for necessary product adjustments;
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from business, operations, customer support, marketing, and other teams to align product development with business needs;
• Oversee the management of product backlogs and prioritize features;
• Drive the implementation and maintenance of product analytics and ensure data-driven decision-making;
• Conduct product review and demo sessions for stakeholders and teams;
• Continually research market trends and the competitive landscape for informed product decisions and strategy.

Skills and qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Owner/Product Manager within international companies;
• Hands-on experience in product management within the fintech industry;
• Excellent soft skills, including problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management;
• Strong strategic thinking and business-oriented mindset, demonstrating the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals;
• As a plus, proven track record of improving the unit economics of online lending products, both independently and in conjunction with additional fees & services;
• Strong English communication skills for clear interaction with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
